This workshop will enable managers to understand how to get the best from your supervisions/performance reviews/appraisal systems. We will identify the skills, the process and share best practice and documentation examples. Participants will leave the workshop with a toolkit to enable their staff to engage in the review process and ensure it is not a tick box exercise!
