With the time pressures we have in business it is imperative that we have effective time management tools to support us on a daily basis. This workshop is a highly practical workshop during which you will discover the fine line between the person who manages their time effectively and the person who is effectively managed by time. You will learn an array of tools and techniques to help you work smarter not harder and control events rather than be controlled by them. At the end of the programme delegates will be able to: * Explore and learn the difference between efficiency and effectiveness * Identify the Key Result Areas in your job role where you should focus your time and energy * Explore ways to categorise tasks into urgent and/or important * Identify your own time stealers and explore ways to eliminate them * Build a toolbox of techniques to overcome common time management hazards This workshop is for anyone struggling with prioritising, organising, planning, deadlines, time, distractions and achieving their goals and objectives!
