The course will provide you with the underpinning knowledge and the practical skills required to carry out major beauty and body treatments to a professional standard. The course is suitable for school leavers and adults who would like a career in Beauty Therapy and those who are progressing from Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy. You may study the following: * Working with colleagues * Health and safety * Client care and communication * Body massage * Body and facial electrotherapy * Microdermabrasion * Aromatherapy massage * Promote and sell products and services * Indian head massage * Work placement All LMC students will receive tutorial support. All students aged 16 -19 are required to study Functional English and maths qualifications or GCSE Maths, English if not already awarded an A*-C in these subjects. Students aged 19+ are strongly encouraged to take relevant maths and English qualifications to support progression into Further or Higher education, training or employment.
