The A2 course continues with the same two areas of study – Philosophy of Religion and the New Testament - but with different topics covered. Unit 3: Developments comprises of an examination paper covering the two areas of study and a total of three questions are answered. This is worth 50% of the final marks. Unit 4: Implications is a unit based on an anthology compiled by the examination board. Passages relating to the New Testament will be studied and the examination paper, worth 50% of the marks, will assess the students’ grasp of the issues and implications.
