ITALIAN COOKERY (Evening)

This course will introduce you to the basics of Italian Cooking. You will make a variety of starters, main courses and desserts and pull all these together into a final menu. Suitable for Vegetarians (different options are available in case of allergies etc) but not for Vegans due to the ingredients and food content used Please disclose at the point of enrolment if you have any allergies ie, latex allergy, nut allergies or crustacia. Tiramisu, risotto, basil pesto for Tortellini contain elements of nuts - pine nut/walnut.
