BASIC INTRODUCTION TO SUGAR CRAFT SKILLS (Evening)

You will develop sugarcraft skills to create decorative items such as flowers. You will learn to use colour to achieve realistic effects, how to tape stems and how to wire your finished flowers into a spray for use on a cake or for display purposes. Full course content to be confirmed shortly.
