NLP stands for Neuro - Linguistic Programming and it is a way to help understand your own thoughts and feelings better, as well as to communicate better with others. This course will teach you techniques and methods for identifying what you want, what motivates you to achieve it and how to get it. You will learn to create positive change in yourself and others, how to set effective personal and professional goals, learn to adapt different thinking and open up your mind. The course will be based on NLP tools and techniques, and will focus on how to apply NLP in everyday life. The classes will include hand - on experience practising the techniques.
