Pattern Cutting/Tailoring (SVR)

This course forms an introduction to elementary hand crafting using flower plaster. You will gain an appreciation of the equipment that is used to construct a variety of replica flowers. The cakes are then covered with almond paste, side frills are added followed by the flowers in order to form a presentation of cake decorating art.
