Unable to attend college? We offer a Personal Tutor route which means you do not attend taught college sessions, instead you meet regularly on a one to one basis with your Personal Tutor for support and guidance to enable you to achieve your qualification. The Diploma in Leadership for the Children and Young People's Workforce offers you an excellent continuous development opportunity to further your understanding of leadership and management and working with children in the Early Years. The college is offering the following pathways: *Early Years Management *Early Years Advanced Practice The qualification gives you the opportunity to bulid both your managerial and care skills. You may be a manager, deputy or a senior practitioner in a childcare setting. It is also suitable for people working in the community with such as family support workers and chlidren centre staff. You must be able to influence practice within your place of work. This is a 'roll-on, roll-off' programme of study. This means that there are various start dates throughout the year.
