Unable to attend college? We offer a Personal Tutor route which means you do not attend taught college sessions, instead you meet regularly on a one to one basis with your Personal Tutor for support and guidance to enable you to achieve your qualification. The Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is a management and leadership qualification for those working in health and social care, which has a number of pathways depending on your job role. You will work on a one-to-one basis with your personal tutor to complete the qualification. This is a legal requirement for registered care home managers, and will take up to 18 months to complete. This is a 'roll-on, roll-off' programme of study. This means that there are various start dates throughout the year. You will need to make an appointment to see an Education and Careers Adviser before enrolling on this course.
