English - Developing Skills L 1/2

Do you have some knowledge of English but need to brush up your writing and grammar? This more formal class will help you improve your understanding and the best way to read, understand and say unknown words when reading, writing and speaking. This course would suit those progressing from ESOL classes or with some skills in English learned abroad or informally in England. The topics used will vary according to your own needs and interests. Gain unit qualifications at level 1 or 2, leading to a full functional skills as appropriate. The learner's journey will be as follows: an induction and skills review period followed by learning assessed by one or two qualifications.
