The Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care will give new and inexperienced staff the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge of working with adults (19+) in variety of care settings. You will study best practice in care settings, communication, personal centred care, and activities with adults. You must have 6 hours work experince per week on this programme paid or unpaid. This qualification has been mapped to the Care Certificate that is required for all Health and Social Care staff. This is a 'roll-on, roll-off' programme of study. This means that there are various start dates throughout the year. You will need to make an appointment to see an Education and Careers Adviser before enrolling on this course.
