Once you have gained an Intermediate level apprenticeship in Business Administration or Customer Service you can then progress onto the Advanced level course with National Business College Ltd. For this qualification you will be 'Work based', this means you do not attend college but you complete your qualification at work. The Framework consists of: Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (dependent on qualifications previously gained) This course is also available for people who are currently employed within a Customer Service role if they are looking to up-skill.
