AWARD L2 GROUP INDOOR CYCLING JUNE

The level 2 Group Indoor Cycling certificate is available to individuals already instructing who wish to improve their knowledge and skills to enable them to deliver group indoor cycling sessions. It is also relevant for those already running sessions without a formal qualification although the level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is a prerequisite. You will learn through practical sessions with some classbased activities. Training is undertaken by a team of highly qualified professional and experienced teachers trainers and assessors.The units covered are:1. The benefits of group indoor cycling2. Health and safety3. How to design and teach safe and effective group indoor cycling sessions4. The principles and variables used within a group indoor cycling session5. How to monitor and motivate participants 6. How to use music during group indoor cycling sessions7. How to reflect on providing group indoor cycling sessions
