This course is suitable for anyone who enjoys wine and would like to know more about it. The course will cover wine grape varieties and introduce wines from a range of regions in Europe, Australasia and the Americas. The cost of wine will be shared each week (probably about 5 per head). You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course.
