This course integrates business studies with practical skills and specific learning about the various aspects of working in the exciting world of hospitality . The course is made up of units are practical, based in the kitchen or restaurant, and the business based units are theoretical.You will learn by completing projects and assignments based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. The course runs on three days per week including work experience.
