Food Preparation and Cooking NVQ Level 1

If you enjoy preparing and cooking food and serving food and drink, this is the perfect course for you. You will gain knowledge and learn core kitchen and front of house service skills. The course runs on three days per week including work experience andleads to a City Guilds qualification and offers progression toa Level 2 Cooking qualification.
