Food and Beverage Service Supervision Certificate/Diploma Level 3

This is the Advanced course from our food service programme. You will have opportunity to develop advanced skills in specialist areas including Table Theatre, Barista, Alcoholic Beverage Service and Gueridon work. Up-market hotels and fine dining restaurants expect front of house staff to have this level of skill. The course runs on three days per week including work experience.
