In this course, which is suitable for beginners, you will learn how to decorate cupcakes, starting with basic buttercream swirls, filling and simple decorations. There will be some costs involved such as purchasing equipment for cake decoration and for any ingredients used; this will be discussed with the course tutor. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course.
