Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first-hand experience and learn the majority of the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training within college by day release. This is the hospitality industrys professional qualification for staffwho serve both food and drink as part of their job role in any type of outlet. On successful completion of the Intermediate Apprenticeship you can progress toan Advanced Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision. Thiswill provide an excellent way to builda career in the industry or you may choose toprogress onto further management training.
