This improverscourse will cover more sugar flowers and leaves of different types, frills and otherdecorations for cakes. There will be costs for any equipment needed. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course.
