This course is for those who wish to carry on learning new skills in sugarcraft covering a combination of sugar flowers, piping, and various other techniques in cake decoration. There will be costs for any equipment and ingredients needed for this exciting and creative course. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course.
