Enjoy some family fun at a FREE movement activity with 'Polly the parrot!' During this 6 week course you can be fit and healthy whilst moving your bodies to some fantastic music, exploring Street Dance amongst other exciting styles and themes! At the end of the 90 minute session you have the opportunity to experience the relaxing cool down and gentle stretch section. Great exercise and a great excuse to have some quality bonding time together. Adults attending with a child (age 5 and over) can be a parent, grandparent or carer.
