Parent and toddler yoga

In this free 6 week course you and your toddler (8-18 months) will bond in a relaxed and calm environment. You will spend 2 hours exploring breathing techniques that calm and relax both toddler and adult and yoga poses to strengthen core muscles. You will use a variety of materials including colourful material, bubble, texture to fascinate and engage your toddler in the wider environments and strengthen your relationship. Adult attending with toddler can be a parent, grandparent or a carer.
