In this free 5 week course you and your baby (3-8 months) will bond in a relaxed and calm environment. You will spend 2 hours exploring breathing techniques that calm and relax both baby and adult and yoga poses to strengthen core muscles. You will use a variety of materials including colourful material, bubble, texture to fascinate and engage your baby in the wider environments and strengthen your relationship. Adult attending with baby can be a parent, grandparent or a carer.
