Floristry - event & special occasion design - improvers

This short intensive course is aimed at developing skills and confidence to enable learners to carry out home & event decoration work. It will cover the construction of more complex table designs, including a modern style table runner, and ideas for hanging decor such as garlands. Ideas & guidance on the purchase and preparation of materials and design costing will also be covered.

Entry requirements

You will need to bring your own flowers & foliage for each session, in addition to some items of florist's materials that may not be covered by the basic fee. The approximate cost will be £20-25 per week. You will also need a pair of strong scissors with sharp blades. You will be contacted in advance with a materials requirements list for the first session.
