Home management - cooking on a budget - part 1

A wide and varied range of sweet and savoury dishes will be taught, including a range of skills: Nutrition, food hygiene and safety, basic food preparation and recycling waste will be an important part of the course. Ideal for people who live independently. This course will include learning how to shop for ingredients on a budget, how to cook healthy and tasty dishes and eat what you have cooked together.
