Jewellery - contemporary style - beginners/improvers

This course will give you the skills and knowledge to combine traditional and contemporary jewellery making techniques allowing you to develop at your own pace. During the course you will be learning a variety of skills such as design, sawing, drilling, texturing, filing and sand polishing. These skills will enable you to complete a piece of work to a good standard.

Entry requirements

A small charge is included in the course fee for basic materials and where appropriate a charge has been included for use of specialist equipment. Learners will be expected to purchase all non precious and precious metal items, non precious and precious cabochons and stones, findings, threads, writing and drawing equipment. This will be discussed with the course tutor and will not be covered in the course materials fee. Please do not purchase anything before your first lesson unless requested to do so. No liability can be accepted for expenses incurred for a course cancelled/altered at short notice.
