Candidates must achieve a total of 37 credits 15 credits from Mandatory group A 3 credits from Optional group B 3 credits from Optional group C 16 credits from Optional group B, Optional group C or Optional group D. Candidates must achieve 26 credits to gain the qualification. All units are mandatory. This course is an excellent introduction to the hospitality industry and offers a wide range of subjects that are designed to build confidence and skills. Students who want to develop their confidence and knowledge of cooking and food service skills in various outlets in the college, including work experience with Chartwells, who provide catering for the students in the college.
