City College Peterborough is excited to open their professional kitchen to teach you how to cook and present fine dining for friends and family. Your tutor will support you, to be able to cook simple traditional fine dining food, and to present dishes to achieve the wow factor to impress your dinner guests. A notepad and pen may be useful if you wish to take notes. An apron, oven cloth and T-towel. The ingredients for each session - a shopping list will be sent to you.
