If you work, or want to work, in the Catering or Hospitality industries, or deal with food within your job role, our Food Safety courses will provide you with the necessary qualifications to prepare and store food to comply with Food Safety Standards. Pen, notepad and photographic ID. At the end of the day, you will have a multiple choice test; therefore, you will need reasonable literacy levels and a good comprehension of the English language When you pass the course, you will receive your certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environment Health (CIEH). You can then progress to a higher CIEH level in food safety training if required.
