The Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship responds to the employer need for high levels of customer service skills and where an individual's technical skills can be complimented in roles such as customer relationship managers, co-ordinators and team leaders, care assistants, dispensing assistants, dental nurses or cinema operatives. The course will include the main aim which will be Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service and the Technical Certificate which will be Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service (Advanced Level). The framework will also include functional skills* in English and Maths, employee rights and responsibilities and personal learning and thinking skills which will be integrated within the assessment process.
