This qualification is designed to reflect the work of those working in a customer service role across a wide range of industries and for those who are working with a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility. They may have some responsibility for supervising staff or running projects. Learners must complete a number of units from a bank of mandatory and options. They will build a portfolio of evidence gathered while completing their job role.
