This apprenticeship is designed for customer facing staff that play a key role in determining the quality of the customer experience and increasing customer loyalty. This apprenticeship teaches learners the skills to provide exemplary customer service on a daily basis. These skills can be transferred to many different job roles across a wide range of industries. Apprentices will learn how to handle queries, requests and deal effectively with customer complaints in addition to evaluating customer feedback and improving overall customer relations.
