Students learn about the production and analysis of photographic images, their presentation and layout. Sketchbooks are used to show the creative journey from starting point to final outcome. Unit 1 is a series of technical and visual workshops learning about light, viewpoint, texture, pattern, composition, aperture, depth of field, shutter speed and movement and unit 2 shows a creative response to a title chosen from a list provided by the exam board (AQA).
