This course teaches you the principles of business that underpin every organisation, from presenting positive marketing messages and developing effective interpersonal skills, to operating within a legal framework and accurate accounting. During the course you will have the opportunity to visit a range of local businesses. This allows you to reinforce your knowledge and to gather information in preparation for coursework. You can take either the National Certificate which is equivalent to 1 AS Level, or the Extended Certificate, which is equivalent to 1 A Level.
