S08C01E: To teach you how to maintain and improve fitness and stamina levels through the effective and safe use of aerobic and resistance equipment. This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. Suitable for all levels of abilities as you will be encouraged to work at your own pace. New students are welcome to join throughout the year.

Name: FITNESS - FUN FIT HOUR - MIXED ABILITY Qualification title: Non regulated Community Learning provision, Sport, Leisure and Recreation Qualification type: Assessment You will be asked to complete an Individual Learning Record (ILR) at the beginning of the course/workshop. The ILR is a way for you to identify your strengths, challenges and interests and set your own personal targets. This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
