M08C48A: It is to improve performance of the Cheng Man Ching Form, deepen understanding of Tai Chi principles and to learn further Chi Kung sets. This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical activity or health awareness. It is for students who are continuing with their study of Tai Chi from the previous year or for those who have significant previous Tai Chi experience particularly with the Cheng Man Ching form. This type of exercise is ideal for participants of all ages.
