L08C18D: To exercise the whole body to varied music thus maintaining or improving fitness, flexibility and stamina. This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. It is aimed at students who are over 50, whether you are active or not and is suitable for all levels of ability. Exercises will be adapted to accommodate any restrictions or disability you may have. Some exercises may be performed on the floor although sitting and standing alternatives will be given where appropriate.
