C07C08FW: The aim of this course is to learn a range of new, tasty dishes from the Indian Subcontinent. Most recipes will be easy to cook, healthy and fairly low cost. The course is designed to promote safe and sustainable practices in the kitchen for you and others. It is aimed at people with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and acquire some new ones whilst learning lots of new recipes from around the Indian Subcontinent, using a variety of spices and some herbs. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. You should have enthusiasm and a keen interest in cookery.
