This is a one day workshop for students who would like to learn how to make a tiara or a fascinator. During the day you will be shown different techniques using wire and beads together with other materials to make tiaras in different designs. Learners will also be shown how to work with sinamay fabric and materials such as feathers and beads to create fascinators. You will then have the choice of making a creative tiara or a creative fascinator during the session. Students will be encouraged to be as creative as they want to be help and guidance will be given from the tutor through the session. What experience or skills do I need to join this course? None What is the course about? The workshop will cover techniques using wire beads and sinamay fabric together with other materials to create tiaras and fascinators in different designs. For the first session you will need. Materials will be supplied at cost price by the tutor You will need to bring your own packed lunch. Additional costs and/or resources: The cost to make a tiara or fascinator will vary between £5-00 to £7-00 depending which materials you choose to use in your design.
