This workshop aims to give you the knowledge and ability to use massage safely when working with pregnant clients. This course is intended as Continual Professional Development and therefore you are required to hold a qualification in massage to attend this course.Your course is practical and theoretical;, Contraindications to massage in pregnancy, Conditions that often occur in pregnancy and how massage can support them, Positioning the client for comfort and support, Massage techniques to support the client, Exploration of the three trimesters of pregnancy This is a practical class and you will be encouraged to join in with all the projects that are set. You will be taught through demonstration, group and individual instruction and you will learn from hands on experience
