Managing your Personal Finances

The aim of the qualification is to provide candidates with an understanding of managing their personal finances including reviewing different types of bank accounts, mortgages and investments.We will review areas including: - Savings - looking at reasons why people save, ways to save money and financial products relating to savings such as savings accounts, bonds etc - Investments - reviewing possible investments including shares, property and precious metals - Borrowings - reviewing reasons for taking out personal loans as well as mortgages and the different types of mortgage products available
