These taster glass courses introduce you to creative glass techniques that can be covered in full in the 4 week courses that follow : C01378 - 141501 and C01378-141502 April 17th This taster will introduce you to creating small scale cast glass sculptures. You will be looking at the possibilities for casting small scale sculptures in glass and you will have the opportunity to try modelling in wax June 19th This is a taster glass that will introduce you to creating a glass panel in several layers. Using you imagery you will come away with an idea of how to use glass to create a small panel.April We will discuss the possibilities for casting glass sculptures, and you will have the opportunity to try modelling in wax. June This taster day will introduce you to creating a fused glass panel. You will be going though how to cut glass and different ways to create patterns and texture using small pieces of glass as well as cleaning the glass and making a small panel in several layers.
