Establish body awareness and postural alignment Pulse raiser to stimulate circulation and coordination Warm up and stretching to increase flexibility and range of movement Mat work to increase specific strength and muscle tone Therapeutic exercise to increase stability and postural alignment Focus on activation of core stability muscles Management of an acute phase- including helpful resting positions Importance of a warm up and cool down Management of movement and activity at work or home Structure of the spine and common conditions and postural variations
