Outlook - Introduction

Outlook is not just an email package it has diary management and personal organisation features and this course will provide an introduction to these as well as emailing in Outlook. 1 x 5 hour session Emails - Sending, forwarding and receiving, including attachments and automatic signatures. Also managing emails by creating folders, applying rules and follow up flags, using tracking tools and categorising tags, setting automatic replies and retrieving emails. Contacts - using the address book. Creating contacts. Organising contacts into distribution lists. Calendar - creating appointments and setting reminders, sharing calendars, scheduling appointments. Using views and some layout options. Tasks - Creating and managing tasks. Using views to track tasks.
