This 3 hour session is intended to give you an overview of what it would be like to undertake a course within the Health and Social sector. Following this session you will be invited to complete and expression of interest form and arrange an appointment on another date to attend for English and Maths screening in our Learning Resource Centre and an interview. Short warm-up activity aimed at finding out a bit about why participants have attended the session and what they hope to find out. Presentation by a specialist in the field giving an overview of the course. Question and answers, Opportunity to see current student's course files and talk about the different levels of qualifications within the college. To be made aware of other courses that may be suitable for you within the Health and Social Care and also Child care (Early Years Educator). Information about what to do next.
