Level 2 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT & Telecom Professionals Mandatory Units: Optional Units continued: Health & Safety in IT Develop own effectiveness & professionalism Range of Optional Units including: Technical Fault diagnosis Working with ICT hardware & equipment Software installation & upgrade Designing & developing a website Security of ICT systems Customer apparatus & line installation 2. Technical Certificate: Level 2 Diploma in IT 3. Functional Skills: English, Maths & ICT Level 1 4. Employment Rights & Responsibilities Workbook 5.
