This training programme is intended for those working in areas such as sales, information retrieval, customer service and account management in a call/contact centre. The programme is suitable for job roles such as a receptionist, administrator, help desk and customer service advisor. This training programme is mainly delivered and assessed in the workplace. Subjects Covered The apprenticeship has five components: 1.
