It is aimed at those teaching adults in colleges and in the public sectors. The course is designed to develop and extend your repertoire of teaching skills. It will increase your understanding of the whole teaching/learning process and you will acquire competence in curriculum design and the assessment of learning. You will also enlarge your professional knowledge of the policy, organisation and management of post compulsory education. You will have the opportunity to gain a recognised Certificate in Further and Higher Education and move on to the status of Qualified Teacher, Learning and Skills QTLS.
